Casio PathFinder PAW2000T, January 5, 2010

I had about a month and I am very satisfied. The height sensor and the barometric pressure is correct, if you give a good reference before I ever climbing / trekking. I have read some complaints that the amount is incorrect. But you should try to pressure from the outside air can be understood from the height or temperature change. Cold air is dense and the sensor presses harder than chaud.De air Similarly, a warm front cause the sensor to read a little 'higher. One of these situations often difficult to know how you feel and see a change in the weather around you. All levels based pressure sensors for this vulnerability. Therefore, the drivers constantly adjust the altimeter to the local sea level air pressure data base on their way. The best thing you can do is set the first indication before boarding and are encouraged by the forecasts of local weather. Just common sense stuff really. The compass is too imprecise to navigation routine and a good backup of GPS in the canyons and backcountry.

I have not read other reports on the alarm too strong for the scouts. This seems pretty strong - did not sleep through it again and use it every day. The watch is very easy! its dimensions. The Group is looking titanium gray mat with a locking mechanism effective on the buckle. Titan band adjustmentI should add, because he was a goog how to do that. Basically, you need a pair of pliers and a size of graffette.idea on trombone and use tongs to sink to counter the pin a bit 'so that it is the same on both ends. Almost perfect EXCEPT...., June 26, 2010

I have the previous generation of Casio Pathfinder PAW1300T watch PAW2000T and this watch. I thought it would be an improvement to be seen and to this day it was. The PAW2000 adds data for sunrise and sunset on the menu and some other fixes as it sounds clear when you press the keys. Otherwise, it is almost identical to the PAW1300. The big difference for me is the face view of the sheet of glass PAW2000, now that is required to read the screen easily. What has really done is darken the display. Hold PAW1300 PAW2000, and side by side in low light situations, you will immediately see the difference. PAW1300T because I prefer the easy to read and it's nice to watch I wear. Apart from this, both clocks are durable, lightweight, and do an excellent job.

Bracelet too shiny, but you'll get over it!, November 7, 2009

I have the Ti version of this off eBay a month ago, actually my first Pathfinder Titan. A bit 'hesitant at first, but now my banger every day. Lighter than paper, the case and bracelet, you are very comfortable.The bracelet is a bit 'too shiny and scratches, of course, but you get over him. This is a Pathfinder!The sensors are very altimeter reads Dead! Sunrise / Sunset data very closely, the exact coordinates of the entry in Google Earth. Very useful if you are a photographer outside. In reality, this was the reason I bought this Pathfinder (my 5th).
