This is a great watch. My only gripe about this is the fact that I can't hear the sound alarm. I suspect it is only high pitched and rather soft. These alarm watches all appear to be like this. Perhaps they ought to consider using a lower pitched sound, since many people possess a "high frequency notch" hearing defect and don't realize it. My hearing is fairly good otherwise. The vibration feature causes it to be work acceptable for me. It had been easy to setup, too. I'm a woman having a very small wrist, also it looks a little large onto it, but feels safe and attractive. I notice will be able to hear the vibration alarm. It's midrange, and soft but audible inside a quiet room.
